焊接空隙也叫對(duì)口空隙，是焊接件對(duì)口處兩個(gè)焊件中間的空隙。焊接空隙直接關(guān)系焊口質(zhì)量。

鈍邊過大或過小都是會(huì)針對(duì)焊接質(zhì)量造成影響，鈍邊過小易于造成燒穿，鈍邊過大易于造成未焊透。假如接頭兩側(cè)的鈍邊同時(shí)過大或過小還相對(duì)易于處理，可以根據(jù)調(diào)節(jié)電流來(lái)控制熔深。假如由于一側(cè)鈍邊大，另一側(cè)鈍邊小，假如采用小電流，便會(huì)未焊透。假如采用大電流，便會(huì)燒穿，因而，這種情況特別在單面焊雙面成型的焊接工作中應(yīng)引起足夠的重視。
